HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

OVERVIEW

10/23/13

1.       SEPTEMBER 2013 FINANCIAL STATEMENT

Total on hand is $40,425.23 (includes check book and money market account)

Outstanding HOA fees for September $1,436.20

2.       REPORTS:

·         Landscaping – 62 plants were planted

·         Satellite Dishes in process of being moved to correct locations

·         Pool/Spa – no unknown expenses

·         Scott Emerson has HOA blog in place and running, his wife Miki has volunteered to do the bulletin board.

3.       NEW BUSINESS:

·          Request by Unit #124 to move block fence along with wooden gate to keep transients off property. Approved.  Fence is to mirror Unit #116.

·         Garage Sale to be held on November 23 from 8-noon.  Ruby Richards is in charge –notices will be handed out to each homeowner.

ANNUAL MEETING:

Interested individuals running for Board Members to make a 5 member team are:

            Scott Emerson, Sandra Graves, Sophia Fire, Karen Higgs, Ruby Richards, Kristina Buss.  Others may volunteer to be on the ballot.

Annual Meeting is set for December 12, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. – Packets with all pertinent information will be mailed out November 12.
